Utah has lost a great one and we have lost a great friend. In the coming days, you’ll hear of his public acts of service toward stopping cancer but you most likely won’t hear of his very private acts of kindness that numerous recipients have told US about. Jon Huntsman Sr. was our friend. He loved Toby Keith. And one day he came to visit us in our studio, not to be on the radio … but just to watch. We can tell you, first-hand, that never has someone so distinguished, taken himself so NOT seriously. Humble and kind doesn’t even cover it. Our prayers go out to his family. He will be missed.
